About Rental Guard Insurance
Rental Guard Insurance is a Wexford Insurance, LLC brand. We write one thing: residential rental property with one to four dwelling units, leased to long-term tenants.
That boundary is deliberate. A building with five units is an apartment risk and belongs with our sister brand. A stay measured in nights is a different product entirely. A tenant who is a business is commercial occupancy. Keeping the line where it is means the people reading these pages get answers written for the building they actually own.
